POP Settings

• Incoming Mail Server (POP3) = mail.YourDomain (i.e. mail.link2city.com)
• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) = YourDomain (i.e. mail.link2city.com)**
  • If your ISP doesn't allow mail.domain then use their SMTP (i.e. mail.bellsouth.net). You may need to contact them to if you don't know it
• User/Account ID = email address
• Password = same as set on the server (contact us or your admin to reset it)
• **If you are using mail.domain for SMTP; then check My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication
